Michelle J. Richards, Ph.D. has conducted numerous seminars at national, state, and local conferences. She's conducted many in-service talks on a variety of issues for hospital staff. CEUs have been provided to Texas LPCs, LMFTs, and LMSWs. Topics have included ethics, multicultural sensitivity, military families, emotional intelligence, and working with difficult coworkers.

 

As faculty at a university, Dr. Richards developed curricula for more than 15 courses. She taught these family therapy and counseling courses to graduate students and educated undergraduate students in family studies and child development courses. Dr. Richards is developing training programs that will utilize her distance learning skills.
