Our goal is to provide you with high-quality educational services and products in the mental health industry. If you have concerns about one of our services or products, please let us know in writing within seven business days. At our discretion, we will replace, substitute, or provide a credit voucher for products or services.
Confirmation & Cancellation
You will receive a confirmation email at the time you register online and within 5 business days otherwise. Check your junk email box before contacting us at 972-906-5607 to verify your registration. Cancellations received 10 business days prior to event are refundable less a $25 administrative charge per registrant. There is no refund for cancellations received later; however, credit will be issued toward a future event or product order. If you register and do not attend, you are still responsible for the full fee.
Continuing Education Units
Joyful Life Institute, Inc. (JLI) is an approved CE provider through the TSBEMFT (Provider # 1054), TSBEPC (Provider # 2882), and TSBSWE (Provider # 7238). JLI is approved by each Board to provide 3 CEUs for 3 hours attendance of a webinar or completion of homestudy and post-test. Titles earn 3 Ethics CEU. Amended certificates are available for partial attendance.
