Psychotherapy is a healthcare service. It's primary focus is to identify, diagnose, and treat behavioral health disorders. It is usually reimbursable through insurance.

 

The goals of psychotherapy include but are not limited to:

  • alleviating symptoms,
  • understanding the symptom's  personality, relational, or enviromental underpinnings,
  • changing problematic thoughts, behaviors, interactions, and outcomes,
  • helping clients cope with their issues of concern.

Types of Psychotherapy Available

Individual Therapy - Address your personal concerns.

Couple Therapy -Resolve issues you have as a couple.

Family Therapy - Work things out family problems.

Intensive Therapy -  Attend longer sessions and get more done.

Christian Counseling - Include your values in counseling (optional).

Group Therapy - Join a group and grow with others who are like you.
